Helpful Tip #1 - Keeping things Organized

As you begin to set up the various websites and blogs you will need to create a plan of organization.  As suggested by the program you should create folders and files for each of your websites and projects.

Keeping everything organized will insure that you will always be able to find what you are looking for when you need it.  I would also go so far as to keep a Binder or Notebook or both off line with hard copies of all your links, passwords and other important information.  Print these from your computer or write them down for an extra Backup.  This may seem like a lot of work but if your computer crashes you will have that added peace of mind that all of your information is not lost.

Some items may be too long to write down and keep off line.  Back these things up on disk and store with your binder.
